This vintage Japanese whirring whistle could possibly be pre-war. The tall horn shaped whistle has a whirring whistle top that makes a loud siren sound when you blow into it.

The plain metal top has a spot of rust and there are a couple of scrapes in the litho on the body of the whistle. Otherwise colors are bright...early 50's colors for sure. The pattern of dancers and musicians wraps around the whistle shape.

The whistle is 3 and 5/8 inches tall.

Condition is Good-VG.
