Novelty toys can be anything from spinning tops, pins, dexterity puzzles, bisque figures, blocks, and small hand-held toys. 

A section of Noisemakers...anything that is not a whistle or clicker but exists to make noise and a section of Sports Pins (prize toys that kids could collect) is included with the Novelty Toys.

Vintage Japanese Prizes and Sports Pins

These thin embossed tin or cast metal pins were often sold as part of a prize sheet. They were displayed on a paper sheet in numbered spaces. You purchased and choose a ticket at the bottom of the sheet  and that told you the number of what you won from the prize sheet display. These cheap pins and badges show some early baseball teams, pins related to the Olympics and other sports related items.
