Small Early Japanese Tin Whistle-Pilot in Plane with British Flag on Wings

This Pre-War Japanese small tin whistle is in the shape of an airplane seen from above with the pilot in the cockpit.

The Union Jack flag is seen on both wings, although the coloring is off.  The colors are not faded so I can only think using the yellow and blue on the flag was a Japanese decision. 

I have had many of these airplane whistles, all had different countries' flags on the wings.

This small whistle is 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) tall with a 1.75 inch (4.4 cm) wingspan.
