This is one of the fish rattles with a swimmer on the back of the fish. The swimmer holds the life preserver in his hands and his whole body is visible ( and wearing a colorfully patterned swimsuit.)
The tail area has many water lilies: red, pink and white. There is a band of yellow on the head between the eyes of the fish.
The top litho side has bright colors and almost no wear. The blue painted underside shows light overall wear to the blue, but no rust.
The rattle is 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) long. Overall condition very good to excellent.
