Vintage Japanese Prize Ticket Book- Grren Monster fleeing City

This small vintage ticket book is in unused condition. The tickets inside peel apart to reveal some Japanese writing on each one...naming a prize ?

The cover is a smooth surface light cardboard. When the ticket books were removed from the display card (they were glued in place), some paper was removed on portions of the back cover. The tickets inside and the front covers are untouched.

The cover of this ticket book shows a green monster with one horn and a lot of teeth. He is stomping through water with a flaming city in the background....looks like his work is done.
