This vintage all tin Japanese two tube whistle has a different parrot on each tube.  Four smaller birds are seen on the double tone mouthpiece.  The whistle makes two distinct tones which you can activate by blowing into the mouthpieces separately or together.

The whistle is 4 and 3/8 inches ( 11 cm) tall and 1 and 1/8 inch ( 2.85 cm) wide. Colors are bright and the whistle shows very little wear.  The plain tin back has darkened with age.
