This beautiful small tin top is early post war Japanese vintage. The top has images of a flying saucer, airplane, helicopter and rocket plane against a turquoise background.
The string wind tin top (no string included) is 2.25 inches ( 5.7 cm) in diameter and 2 inches ( 5 cm) tall to the top of the wooden handle.
The top spins just fine. The red color appears to be a bit faded. The underside of the top is darkened with age with a small spot of corrosion on the edge and a bit below the edge.
Overall condition on this 1950's era top is very good.
