This vintage Japanese novelty toy is a yo yo and a dexterity puzzle.  The tin yo yo shows a couple of Kaiju having a confrontation. The other side of the yo yo is a hand held puzzle that shows a monster face with two pink balls that you maneuver into the recessed holes for the eyes. So it can be twice the fun.

The combined yo yo and puzzle is 1 and 7/8 inches  (4.76 cm) in diameter and  7/8 inch ( 2.22 cm) deep.  Both yo yo and puzzle work as expected. 

Condition is very good with some darkened age spots and edge wear on the pink colored tin rim of the puzzle.
