This small friction tin helicopter has plastic rotors (adjustable) that rotate as it rolls forward on three wheels. This Fire Dept Rescue helicopter  has silhouettes of firemen in the cockpit. Emergency and a #8 decorate the sides along with the misspelled RESOUE F.D.P.

This tin friction toy is 3.5 inches ( 8.8 cm) long and 1 and 5/8 inches ( 4 cm) tall to top of rotors. The mechanism works well.  When you give this toy a push, it rolls forward with rotors spinning.  Condition is very good to excellent.
