First of all, this is not a Japanese toy. I bought it in Japan but although the box is not marked, the toy is marked Made in Hong Kong on the back ( almost invisible).

This eductional toy bank is all plastic;. It is a bank, it looks like a dressed monkey, it has a bead counting wire frame and as you turn the clock's hands ( knob on back) different animals appear in a window where the #6 on the clock would be.

The face of the bank is 6.5 inches ( 16.5 cm) tall. The base is 4 inches ( 10 cm) wide and  2.25 inches ( 5.7 cm) deep.

The Monkey Savings Clock Bank is in excellent, undamaged condition. The box has some edge wear, light creases and a tear across the top on one side. Check the pictures.
