These vintage Japanese water decals or transfers come in their original header bags. Each bag contains a sheet with 12 perforated rectangles with images of different Kaiju monsters.  The sheet is 4 inches (10 cm) by 6 inches (15.2 cm).  This is bag C.

I have not tried to put the images on anything. I am guessing kids would wet the transfer and press it onto their skin. These are unsold items so condition is as found. They might still work as transfers but no guarantees.
