Vintage Japanese Figural Menko Card- Ninja C

This colorful vintage Japanese figural menko card shows a male ninja, version C. I suspect these cards show actual Samurai and Ninja characters but I can't identitfy them.

The card is a bit shy of 3 inches (7.5 cm) tall and 1.25 inches (1.17 cm) at the widest point. The back of the menko card has the hand sign, numbers, Japanese characters and two rockets, all printed in a single color, green.

Condition is very good with little wear. There is some red ink transfer (or blood) on the back.
