This colorful tin whistle is a clock with a bird (I am guessing a type of parrot) on the mouthpiece.
The whistle is 2 and 5/8 inches ( 6.6 cm) tall. and 1 and 5/8 inches (4.13 cm) at the widest point. The colors are bright and the plain back is only slightly darkened.
The whistle has a pleasant tone. Overall condition is excellent.
